Medicine Buddha Practice and meditation

Monthly sessions at the center:
The practice and meditation sessions, led by Dr. Pasang Y. Arya, are held only during the Medicine Buddha days.

Time:          
The sessions start at 7 pm from March to November and at 6 pm from December to February.

Meditation place: 
Buddha Bedurya Center, viale Spagna 77, 20099 Sesto San Giovanni, Milano.
